A Face Like That

Sweetest Things
Baby, baby, baby, baby babies...I even like the way it sounds and how could any one not? I'm sure there are some who would disagree but probably not many. What is not to love? They're sweet unless we make them otherwise, their huggable and loveable and when they don't need a diaper change they have the best smell...bubble gum and baby powder. I even love when the milk runs underneath their little chins. I stick my face in their little necks and inhale. It's also a nice way to be close to them. They adore closeness and have an innate need to be nurtured. It is probably a little known fact that a baby can be taught anything, skies the limit from infancy to five years old. As you will notice, if there is a sweet lil' one in the family, it's certainly easiest for them to pick up the worse habits that we display and if you think they don't know what's going on because you're a grown up and they are too young to understand, think again.
Babies can sense a kind warm spirit or detect one that is not so much. It is even said they perceive when they are in the presence of a newcomer that has yet to arrive. I watched as a little baby girl about 8 months old coddle and coo, while drawing a young woman of 18 whom was expecting, close to pet her as if she were the older one like, "Awwww, you're going to have somebody just like me very soon". If I failed to mention...they learn very early in young life how to pull your heart strings and manipulate us. This we know. Anyway, I had to dedicate a Hubpage to my brilliant, bouncy, little butterball, pumpkin bundles, one of God's little marvels, his most precious creation. (Please do check out the pictures to the right. I double dog dare you not to melt)

Oh they are just so adorable, babies are totally wonderful little angels.
They're precious indeed. I totally agree. "They're sweet unless we make them otherwise." Thanks for sharing.

As a Mother, Grandmother, and just recently: a Great Grandmother, I can relate to this Hub. Babies grow up SO fast. I always wished I could put a book on their head to keep them from growing so fast that first year. I voted this Hub UP, etc.
